GENERAL TOS:
- We work as first come first serve, this means not when who requests first but who pays upfront first.
- All prices are in USD ;payment through paypal invoice only.
Payment must be made 50% upfront; 50% before final (ask for payment plans discussion)
- Final file shall only be given when the payment is completed.
- Request for refund is acceptable if the process still haven't progressed from sketch.
- You may request revisions on the sketch phase, only minor revisions are allowed after final. Major revisions will be charged accordingly.
- Work shall be done around 4-8 weeks, more than that we shall notify you for any delay.
- Rush work can be done with extra fee (ask for discussion).
- We have the right to refuse your commission if; we are uncomfortable doing /not confident /doesn't fit our style.
- Please credit our social (Kein or 𝐊𝐇𝐀✦𝐃𝐈) clearly when using our work.
- You are not allowed to resell (w/o permission), redistribute file, or claim our work as your own.
+ART TOS:
- Progress will be shown in order: sketch -> line art + base color -> final.
- All prices shown are only base price, complex design shall be charged accordingly.
- I am allowed to post any WIP/result on my social, please inform me if you wish your commission to be private.
- Reselling my work shall charge x0.5 of the original price.
- I will not reply any DM regarding commission wishlist/requests, or any questions that are written on my website.
- I will DM your X/preferred social when it is your turn.
+Live2D TOS:
- Progress will be shown in order:
Model (if drawn by 𝐊𝐇𝐀✦𝐃𝐈): sketch -> final
- Rigging: physics -> angle/body XY -> add ons
- Our working file (.cmo3) will not be given in any case. If you wish to buy, we will charge x2 the original rigging price.
- Rigging: We may not work with new/ unexperienced modeler ; any mistake/fixings on the model side will be charged extra, movement will be limited to what the modeler has given us.
- Sudden model change after rigging will be charged more; the same price as the original rigged part.
PLEASE DON'T COMPARE OUR WORK TO OTHER RIGGER'S.
